The low-temperature negative pressure evaporator is a device that uses the principle of low-temperature evaporation under vacuum and negative pressure to concentrate, reduce and improve the quality of wastewater. Its working principle is to use a vacuum pump to evacuate the evaporation tank to reduce the boiling point of water to about 30°C, and then atomize the wastewater to the heat exchanger through a forced circulation pump, where the water is evaporated, and then the water vapor is evaporated through the condenser. Cool it into a liquid state to achieve the purpose of clear water quality and recyclability1. The advantages of low-temperature negative pressure evaporator are energy saving, environmental protection, high efficiency and intelligence. It can treat various industrial wastewaters, such as waste liquids from chemical industry, cutting fluid, textile printing and dyeing, printing, electroplating and other industries.
